Project Overview
AppleOne redesign initiative aimed to enhance the user experience and improve the overall look and feel of the website. By creating a more modern, user-friendly design, the goal was to increase engagement and reduce bounce rates. The new design was focused on providing a clear message of what AppleOne offers to both job seekers and employers. The redesign aimed to guide users to take action, whether it be to apply for a job or contact AppleOne for hiring solutions. Research
In addition to analyzing competitors, I also conducted user research to understand what our target audience was looking for in an employment site. Through surveys and interviews, I was able to identify key pain points and preferences of job seekers and employers. This research helped guide the redesign process and ensure that the new design would meet the needs of our target audience.
Furthermore, I also conducted user research to understand the pain points and needs of AppleOne's target audience. This included analyzing user feedback from their existing website, conducting surveys and interviews with current and potential clients, and observing user behavior on the site. Through this research, I gained valuable insights into the frustrations and challenges that users faced when navigating the site and searching for job opportunities or candidates.
By combining my research on the industry and the user needs, I was able to identify key areas of improvement for the website and create a design that effectively addressed these issues. The new design not only highlights AppleOne's unique strengths and services but also provides a more intuitive and user-friendly experience for visitors to the site.
